FMA International’s 2015 Annual Meeting in Orlando

Dr. John Nofsinger leverages expertise in behavioral and international finance to serve as the Seward Chair in Finance at the University of Alaska Anchorage. As an established scholar and professional in the field of finance, Dr. John Nofsinger also maintains membership with the Financial Management Association (FMA) International.
The FMA will host its 2015 Annual Meeting October 14-17 at the Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. The Annual Meeting unites practitioners and academicians from around the world who share an interest in financial decision making. At the meeting, experts in the field present new research, and participants engage in discussion on the latest issues surrounding financial management.
The four-day conference begins with special interest roundtables and the Doctoral Student Consortium, followed by tutorials, panel discussions, and research paper presentations on the remaining three days. During the 2015 Annual Meeting, researchers will present papers on various subjects, such as “Monetary Policy Surprises, Investment Opportunities, and Asset Prices” and “Investor sentiment and cross-section of stock returns.”
